As the Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial management, including overseeing the accounting department, managing tax compliance, and providing strategic financial analysis. You will drive process improvements, implement best practices, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. You will also lead budgeting and forecasting processes, support audit activities, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end close.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and manage tax reporting, including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding taxes.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
- Coordinate external audits and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Develop and optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommend actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in the technology or drone industry is an advantage.
