MLV Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Finance & Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency across all fiscal processes. You will work closely with the Managing Director, providing essential financial insights that drive our strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily business operations.
- Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Support the annual audit process and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Develop and maintain financial reports to provide actionable insights for the Managing Director.
- Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
