Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Cash Management.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and corporate standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, conducting variance analysis to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations, internal audit requirements, and local government reporting standards.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee treasury management to maintain liquidity for mall operational needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage operational expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive financial reporting and performance analysis to the Mall Director and Corporate Finance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Masterās degree or professional certification (CA/CPA/Brevet) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the property or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
