Geprek Gold Chick is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. As a Finance Accounting Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, and supporting management with strategic financial insights. You will lead a team of accounting staff and collaborate closely with various departments to maintain financial health and transparency.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Supervise and mentor accounting team members, conducting performance evaluations and training sessions
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK/IFRS)
- Reconcile bank statements, intercompany transactions, and various balance sheet accounts
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud
- Streamline accounting processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and SPT reporting
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
- Professional certification (CPA/CPA Indonesia or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory
