Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Monitor and analyze company cash flow to ensure liquidity and support strategic operational planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial reporting processes and improve cost-efficiency.
- Manage tax compliance, including PPh and PPN reporting, and ensure all filings are processed accurately and on time.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting staff to maintain high standards of productivity.
- Conduct regular financial audits and internal reconciliations to mitigate operational risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage and develop a team.
