Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering professional development
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations
- Develop and maintain financial policies to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPH) and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership ability in managing accounting teams
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication
- Experience in hospitality or tourism industry preferred
