Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reporting to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Research and apply AI tools and methodologies to enhance financial analysis, automate reporting, and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and provide financial guidance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within finance operations, particularly through technological adoption.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required to support business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or data analytics applications in finance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
