Responsibilities
- Assist the Region Finance Supervisor in the daily oversight of regional finance operations.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to track profitability goals and suggest operational improvements.
- Monitor and protect company assets through rigorous audit trails and inventory validation.
- Manage liabilities and ensure accurate, timely recording of financial transactions.
- Enforce and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline regional accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related financial field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, auditing, or general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP is a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bacolod City.
