Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian taxation laws, including PPh, PPN, and local corporate tax regulations.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit cycles and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections for executive management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee cost accounting processes specific to textile manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/Brevet A&B certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing sector (textile industry experience is a significant advantage).
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in integrated ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
