Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations and tax requirements
- Lead administrative functions including procurement, facilities management, and vendor relations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and executive reports
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial operations
- Coordinate annual audits and financial reviews
- Mentor and develop finance and administrative team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive finance experience with 2+ years in management
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and GAAP standards
- Proven leadership experience with team development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
