Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
- Drive operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for headquarters, ensuring local operations strictly align with corporate directives and global business goals.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement KPIs that measure performance and drive success.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement contracts, and office administrative oversight.
- Prepare regular financial briefings and performance reports for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Professional certification like ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and operations management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL-based platforms).
- Proven expertise in Malaysian tax regulations, financial auditing, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
