Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage AP/AR teams to ensure efficient processing of transactions and timely collections
- Develop and implement financial controls to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies
- Analyze aging reports and cash flow data to optimize working capital management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and improve financial processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for senior management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company accounting policies
- Lead month-end closing activities and reconcile financial statements
- Mentor team members to enhance technical skills and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of AP/AR experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proven leadership skills in managing finance teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification (CPA, ACCA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
