As a Finance Assistant, you will support daily financial operations, maintain precise records, and assist with month-end closing. You will collaborate with procurement, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers in the ERP/Accounting System.
- Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including vendor invoicing and payment preparation.
- Perform bank reconciliations, cash postings, and assist with month-end close activities.
- Prepare and file supporting documents for financial reporting, audits, and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Maintain orderly financial records, ensure data accuracy, and support internal control processes.
- Assist with procurement, vendor setup, and expense tracking to optimize cash flow.
- Support payroll processes and benefits administration as needed, under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, BIR/Tax basics, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems or accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork; ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work well in a collaborative environment.
