Responsibilities
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with month end close.
- Prepare routine financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure clean audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles; experience in manufacturing or engineering sectors is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, GL, and month end close processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP is a plus.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
