Medicare Plus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to lead our financial operations and drive strategic fiscal excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all financial functions of our Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing financial performance and sustainability.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HMO financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and sustainability objectives
- Ensure strict adherence to Philippine regulatory requirements and compliance standards for healthcare and insurance sectors
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and performance analyses to executive leadership
- Manage financial risk assessment protocols and implement internal controls to protect organizational assets
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental excellence and professional growth
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and transparency
- Evaluate financial systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in the healthcare, insurance, or HMO industry is highly advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, BIR requirements, and SEC compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with a collaborative approach
- Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced Excel skills for complex financial modeling
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement and reporting
