Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices, ensure accurate coding to the correct GL accounts, and support PO matching.
- Manage accounts payable sub-ledger and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
- Support month-end close with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare aging analyses and assist with internal and external audit requests.
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to improve AP processes and internal controls.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in accounting or finance; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable or related financial administration experience.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in Singapore and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
