Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Prepare and process journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing data and analysis as required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Assist with year-end audit preparations, liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, QuickBooks) and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
