Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for month-end closing processes and audit requirements.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and petty cash disbursements.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate tax policies and GST filing requirements.
- Support the finance manager in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with year-end inventory audits.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the finance department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Strong technical proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional data with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
