Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily cash flow operations to ensure corporate liquidity and financial stability.
- Coordinate the effective implementation and disbursement of funds across various business units within the Monark Group.
- Liaise with banking and financial institutions regarding credit facilities, fund transfers, and account maintenance.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts and comprehensive reports for senior management review.
- Monitor and analyze financial variances, providing actionable insights to optimize fund utilization.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate finance, treasury, or fund management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and accounting principles in the Philippines.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders and financial partners.
