CPG Facilities Management is excited to invite applications for a Finance Executive to join our township operations in Singapore. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic finance team responsible for accurate accounting across AR, AP, general ledger, and month-end close within the facilities management sector. You will collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate financial information that supports service delivery for township facilities. Key duties include managing AR/AP workflows, reviewing invoices and expense claims, ensuring proper coding and compliance with internal controls, and preparing journal entries. You will assist with monthly closings, produce financial statements and management reports, and perform reconciliations of bank statements, cash balances, and intercompany accounts. You will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow monitoring, and audit readiness to maintain high standards of financial integrity.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor invoicing, expense claims, and collections where applicable.
- Prepare and post general ledger journal entries, perform month-end close, and assist with financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and intercompany accounts; support reconciliation of project costs for township facilities.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements; support internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate asset, liability, and revenue accounts; monitor changes in working capital and cash flow.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate project accounting and timely financial information for facilities management activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and ERP system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
- At least 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in facilities management or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, month-end close, financial reporting; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work to deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Knowledge of Singapore tax rules and statutory requirements; familiarity with local compliance.
- Experience with audit support and preparing schedules for internal/external audits.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and demonstrate integrity.
