Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements and trial balances.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor verification and invoice processing.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, ledgers, and filing systems for easy access.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries under supervision.
- Perform basic financial research and data analysis to support management reporting.
- Prepare simple financial spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
