Michael Page is looking for a proactive Finance Lead to drive the financial health and strategic direction of our clientâs operations in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities
- Lead the endâtoâend financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cashâflow management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, IFRS, and internal controls.
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting frameworks, delivering timely and accurate insights to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems and processes, leveraging ERP and analytics tools.
- Mentor and develop a highâperforming finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CA certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within a multinational or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Malaysian tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modelling skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problemâsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire trust and drive change across the organization.
