Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for UK entities ensuring UK GAAP compliance
- Lead financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance for multi-entity structure
- Drive financial strategy and analysis supporting international e-commerce sales expansion
- Manage financial systems implementation and process optimization for UK operations
- Mentor and develop finance team members while fostering a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 5+ years UK accounting experience with multi-entity exposure
- Proven expertise in UK GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and ERP systems
- Strong leadership background with team management experience
