Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing strategic direction and performance guidance
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations effectively
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine财务法规, accounting principles (PFRS), and tax laws
- Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced Excel modeling skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
