Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to maintain organizational stability
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and financial plans
- Lead financial analysis to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, CPA) are highly desirable
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with expertise in Excel and data analysis tools
