RACKS, a household name in the Philippine casual dining industry, is looking for a strategic and results-driven Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment. You will be responsible for maintaining absolute financial discipline, visibility, and control across our network of 22 stores, two distinct brands, and our central commissary operations.

Key Impact Areas
In this position, you will oversee the entire financial lifecycle of our brands. From managing the complexities of commissary costing and inventory to ensuring that each of our 22 locations adheres to strict fiscal policies, your work will directly impact the company's bottom line. You will lead a dedicated accounting team, modernize reporting processes, and provide the insights necessary to scale our brands further across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end financial operations for 22 restaurant outlets, two brands, and the central commissary.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts, providing variance analysis to store managers and executives.
- Implement and enforce robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Oversee commissary accounting, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and supply chain financial analysis.
- Manage tax compliance and corporate filings, ensuring full adherence to BIR and local government requirements.
- Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial counsel to senior leadership to support business expansion and capital expenditure decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; a CPA license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Finance Management, specifically within the F&B, Retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong background in multi-unit operation accounting and central kitchen/commissary financial management.
- Expertise in P&L management, cash flow forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
