Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing variance analysis to senior management.
- Oversee cash flow management to ensure optimal liquidity and funding for operational requirements.
- Implement robust project costing systems to track profitability across various initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and Singapore tax filings.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for decision-making purposes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP).
- Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
