Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all departments
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage financial risks and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Analyze financial performance data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external financial institutions and stakeholders
- Mentor finance team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance management experience
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting systems
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive financial initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
