Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our growing advertising business. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Develop and manage the company's budgeting, forecasting, and longāterm financial planning processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
