Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end group financial reporting across international real estate portfolios
- Consolidate financial statements ensuring IFRS compliance and accuracy
- Develop and manage quarterly/annual financial forecasts and budgets
- Analyze variance reports and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders
- Oversee audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements
- Collaborate with property teams on financial modeling and investment analysis
- Mentor junior finance staff and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA certification
- 5+ years in financial reporting, 3+ years in real estate sector
- Expertise in group consolidation and multinational accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Experience managing finance teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
