Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee cash flow management and credit control to ensure optimal liquidity and reduced financial risk
- Manage the consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate and lead audit preparations, liaising with external auditors and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic financial planning initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal control procedures
- Provide financial leadership and mentorship to the finance team
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, consolidation, and IFRS accounting standards
- Demonstrated experience in managing audit processes and regulatory compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
