Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Perform daily data entry into accounting systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the internal team and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or payment inquiries.
- Assist in the month-end closing process and audit preparations.
- Maintain organized physical and digital financial records in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial formulas is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex billing issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
