As a Finance Operations Executive, you will be responsible for handling full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting. You will also provide support for GST and tax matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain full sets of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
  • Assist with GST submissions, tax computations, and compliance filings
  • Support audit processes and coordinate with internal and external auditors
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial stability

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in property/real estate

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel
