Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing automated financial solutions.
- Partner with global business leaders to provide strategic financial analysis that informs decision-making and business transformation initiatives.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to foster professional growth.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating financial performance and risks to senior executive leadership.
- Drive financial governance and internal control frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure audit readiness.
- Execute complex month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in finance operations, reporting, or controllership, ideally within a multinational corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and statutory reporting.
- Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams in a remote or hybrid working environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical data into strategic narratives.
- Expertise in identifying and driving process improvements, including the implementation of automated financial technologies.
