As a Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial health by managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and effective reconciliation. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including customer invoicing and credit control.
- Reconcile complex customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and ensure all receipts are accounted for accurately in the system.
- Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Prepare periodic AR aging reports and assist the finance team with month-end closing activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts receivable cycle to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in finance or accounting is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is considered a plus.
