Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate and timely recording of various financial transactions supported by Purchase Orders (Non-Component).
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports to ensure data consistency and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly accruals and journal entries for the closing process.
- Maintain and organize systematic filing of financial documents, contracts, and payment vouchers.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments to resolve discrepancies in billing or documentation.
- Support senior finance staff in the preparation of audit requirements and financial reports.
- Monitor the status of outstanding non-component POs and follow up on pending liquidations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site at Laguna Technopark, Biñan/Santa Rosa, Laguna.
