Responsibilities
- Supervise daily finance team operations including accounts receivable/payable processing
- Oversee collection activities to maintain optimal cash flow and minimize bad debts
- Ensure accurate data management for financial records and reporting systems
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
- Lead budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against forecasts
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in finance/accounting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP, BIR regulations, and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- CMA/CPA certification preferred
