Lancaster Technology and Development, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our team in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. This is a full-time, onsite role reporting directly to the Finance Manager. You will lead the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions. As a key player in our finance department, you will supervise a team of accountants, oversee month-end closing, prepare financial statements, manage budgets and forecasts, and coordinate with external auditors. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily tasks.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and support audit readiness.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies; handle tax filings and liaise with government agencies.
- Implement and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and system efficiencies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners as needed.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance requirements, and PFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and cross-departmental coordination.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Bonifacio Global City.
