Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial account records and data.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their financial accounts and transactions.
- Perform daily account reconciliation and data entry tasks.
- Update and verify customer profiles with correct information.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and email support.
Qualifications
