Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via blended chat and voice channels regarding financial products, services, and transactions
- Provide accurate financial advice and resolve customer issues promptly
- Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores
- Document customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, call center, or financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM systems and multitasking tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
