You will work closely with senior stakeholders to monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and champion cost-optimization initiatives. Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track performance against KPIs.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with global Henkel financial standards.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis and provide actionable insights to business unit leaders.
- Oversee cost management activities and identify opportunities for operational cost-saving and process efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial controls, compliance policies, and internal audit requirements.
- Support the month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA/CMA certification is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, financial planning, or analytical accounting roles.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with regional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and financial regulatory reporting standards.
