Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support ad-hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis for business initiatives.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Philippine financial reporting standards and tax regulations is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is advantageous but not required.
