Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support ad-hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis for business initiatives.
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
