Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail environment is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
