Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical examinations and diagnose patient conditions accurately.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and wellness.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient encounters.
- Provide patient education regarding chronic disease management, preventative care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Administer basic medical procedures and emergency care as required within the clinical scope.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, specialists, and hospital administration to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in hospital quality assurance programs and clinical audits to maintain high standards of service.
- Stay current with medical advancements and guidelines to ensure evidence-based practice.
Qualifications
- Possess a Medical Doctor (Profesi Dokter) degree from an accredited university.
- Must hold a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Possess a valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Empathetic, professional, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
