In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to deliver high-quality design solutions that maintain brand consistency and elevate our corporate presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and email newsletters.
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, banners, product packaging, and corporate presentations.
- Ensure all visual assets adhere to company brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative design solutions for internal and external communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality expectations.
- Prepare final print-ready files and optimize assets for web and mobile platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software tools, and industry technologies to enhance creative output.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work full-time in our Jakarta Pusat office.
