Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design high-quality graphics for digital and print media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging social media content and advertising materials.
- Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, and color profiles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry software, design tools, and emerging visual communication trends.
- Support internal departments with presentation design and layout needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creative thinking.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to work in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
