PT Tronindo Anugrah Jaya, a leader in quality headwear production, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Hat Production Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bandung Barat. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and technical production, ensuring every hat we produce meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
You will be responsible for translating customer visions into precise technical files ready for embroidery, digital printing, and laser cutting. If you have a sharp eye for detail, deep knowledge of apparel production workflows, and a desire to see your designs come to life on high-quality products, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Create, replicate, and edit custom designs specifically tailored for headwear.
- Develop and finalize technical setup files for embroidery, print, and laser production workflows.
- Collaborate closely with customers to refine and adjust designs according to specific requirements and branding guidelines.
- Ensure design feasibility and optimal quality for production machines.
- Manage version control for client artwork and production-ready assets.
- Conduct quality checks on digital proofs prior to mass production.
- Work efficiently with the production team to troubleshoot any design-related technical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or apparel production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDraw.
- Understanding of embroidery digitizing and laser cutting preparation is a significant advantage.
- Able to interpret and translate customer concepts into accurate technical mockups.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within tight production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Ability to work full-time in our Bandung Barat facility.
