Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate board meetings, agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow‑up actions.
  • Maintain and update statutory records, filings, and corporate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage correspondence with external stakeholders, including legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and shareholders.
  • Support the drafting and review of corporate policies, procedures, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate secretarial practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Excellent organisational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
