Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot CMS, CRM, and Marketing Automation workflows to support business goals.
- Design and maintain complex lead routing and scoring models to improve sales conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to refine growth strategies and increase ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless data flow.
- Implement and manage third-party integrations to extend the functionality of our marketing stack.
- Conduct regular audits of the HubSpot ecosystem to identify areas for improvement and technical optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Growth Operations Manager or Marketing Operations Specialist with a focus on HubSpot.
- Deep understanding of the HubSpot inbound methodology and ecosystem capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
