Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
- Deliver engaging instruction in core subjects (Mathematics, Science, English, etc.)
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide personalized feedback
- Collaborate with parents to discuss student development and learning strategies
- Prepare students for standardized tests and academic competitions
- Create a positive, motivating classroom environment conducive to learning
- Participate in professional development workshops and curriculum refinement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in academic settings
- Strong command of subject matter (especially Mathematics/Sciences preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents
- Certification in teaching or education (PGSD/S1 Pendidikan preferred)
- Ability to create engaging lesson materials and adapt teaching methods
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and educational technology
